Do I need prior experience?

No. We will work closely with you to build your first GTM system

What happens when someone replies positively?

We handle replies first. Over time, we train your team to take over. We manage the top of funnel — you handle the conversation and close. By Month 3, your team is running replies independently.

What happens after 3 months?

You keep everything. The infrastructure, the lead database, the campaigns, the playbooks. Your team runs it independently — no agency dependency. After 3 months you decide: take it fully in-house, or scale with us for 6 more months.

How quickly do campaigns go live?

Infrastructure is set up in the first two weeks. First outreach sequences and content go live in Weeks 3.

How much time does my team need to invest?

Around 2–3 hours per week — for coordination and messaging feedback.

Does StartLabs handle LinkedIn content posting?

Yes. We write and post on your founder's LinkedIn. The goal isn't vanity metrics. It's making sure the right people see your name before or after we reach out. Content and outreach work together.

Can we continue working together after Day 90?

Yes. Some clients move into a 6-month Scale Together partnership. We scale what's working, expand into new segments and geographies, and add new channels. That's an option — not a default. You're never locked in.

What if results aren't strong at Day 90?

You still leave with a working system, complete documentation, all lead data, and a playbook your team can run. The infrastructure is yours regardless of campaign performance. We're honest about what's working and what isn't — that's the point of the 3-month review.
